It’s amazing that it really has been 10 years since the anime adaptation of Tokyo Ghoul ended its initial run on September 19, 2014. Fortunately, that wasn’t the only season of the anime. After all, mangaka Sui Ishida (Choujin X) wrote 14 volumes of the manga before it ended. It’s certainly a lot more than what a single 12-episode anime season could cover. In fact, the anime ended up running to three seasons with a grand total of 48 episodes.
That’s more than enough reason for Crunchyroll to celebrate the 10th anniversary of that very first season of Tokyo Ghoul. How so, you might ask? Well, how about a 10th Anniversary Complete Series Blu-ray™ Box Set release containing all the seasons of the anime you could ever want? Don’t believe me? Then let’s find out more about this box set together, shall we?
